多米尼加的雪茄制造商帕爾馬雪茄的何塞·喬希·布蘭科（José "Jochy" Blanco）旗下的La Galera（卷茄間）在中國的農(nóng)歷蛇年之際推出一款蛇年紀念版雪茄,，這是一款限量版產(chǎn)品,，今年初已經(jīng)在亞洲地區(qū)上市，預計4月2日進入美國市場銷售,。
雪茄是在多米尼加共和國的帕爾馬雪茄廠卷制的,，47環(huán)徑，7英寸,，標準的丘吉爾尺寸,。茄衣是墨西哥圣安德烈斯煙葉，茄套是多米尼加的Olor煙葉,，茄芯也是多米尼加煙葉,，包括幾個品種：克里奧羅98、Olor,、古巴皮洛托,，還有很難種植的Pelo de Oro（金發(fā)）品種。雪茄使用的多米尼加煙葉全部是何塞·喬?！げ继m科自己種植的,。這款產(chǎn)品是濃郁口味強度。
外包裝有蛇形主題,，包裝盒是桃花心木,，裝飾著類似蛇皮的沖壓皮革。每個雪茄盒里還贈送了一個雙指的雪茄便攜盒。每個盒子有10支雪茄,，售價是430美元,，一共生產(chǎn)了2025盒，部分配貨給美國市場,。
La Galera is celebrating the Lunar New Year in the United States with its Year of the Snake, a limited-edition cigar that comes packaged with an eye-catching leather case. While it was released in Asia earlier this year, the festive smokes will be coming to the U.S. market on April 2.
The cigars are made by Jochy Blanco at his Tabacalera Palma factory in the Dominican Republic. Blanco also grew all the Dominican tobacco in the blend. La Galera Year of the Snake measures 7 inches by 47 ring gauge—a standard Churchill size—and is composed of a Mexican San Andrés wrapper, Dominican Olor binder and filler blend of all-Dominican leaf: Criollo ’98, Olor, Piloto Cubano and the hard-to-grow Pelo de Oro varietal. According to Blanco, it’s a full-bodied blend.
There’s no mistaking the serpentine theme of the packaging, as each mahogany box is decorated with stamped leather made to resemble snakeskin. As a bonus, each box also comes with a two-finger leather cigar case. Only 2,025 boxes are being produced with a portion allocated for the U.S. market, where it will have a suggested retail price of $430 per 10-count box.
